10 ways to finish the year strong

1. Send cards - Christmas Cards maybe, or thank you's, but make sure you send something to 10 people who made your year better, and tell them why.

2. Reconnect with someone who matters - Each week schedule a coffee, call, or intentional catch-up. Check ins can make a world of difference.

3. Reflect on your wins... big or small, all of them! It could even be a tiny new habit, or proud moment, but capture these celebrations in one place.

4. Celebrate growth thats tough to measure. What are some of the things you said "no" to, or boundaries you set? Did you show courage, or build trust?

5. Declutter. This could be a closet, desk drawer, emails (sent and deleted too) or something you know you should say no (or “not right now”) to for 2026.

6. Create a “Ta da” list for 2025. Start by honoring what you accomplished, then think about resolutions.

7. Plan from purpose, not pressure or perception. When you think about the rest of the year, or 2026 planning, ask yourself: What matters to me most? Then build around that.

8. Move your body every day. I haven't been doing crazy workouts for a few weeks, but even just a walk helps. Fresh air does wonders for clarity and energy.

9. Unplug. Try one tech free evening each week, or a tech free day if you can! Presence is a gift.

10. How about a RAK? Do something kind… and do it quietly. No posting. No credit. Just knowing you made someone smile.

Who can do all 10 in the next 28 days?
